		<description>Funny how we practice communication at work and it stays there when you go home. Be honest, be open, and do it in love. Never use you always or you never.

I think the greatest thing I can give is what I learned from experience; always support your spouse, do not criticize to hurt them.  It really destroys the heart and soul. 2nd Cor. 13. Can't go wrong there. Rejoice in each others victories and  be there to lift each other up in defeat. Be each others cheerleader as I heard a pastor say.  The alternative is very painful.  LGLP!!</description>
