I was thinking today that in church planting (and for that matter just about every profession) there are days that things are just moving at lightning speed. Tasks are being accomplished, the phone is going crazy, meetings left and right. Then there are days when not one thing got completely done, the phone never rings, and all of your meetings are canceled. Whoever said that in leadership, the highs are higher and the lows are lower, is completely correct.
