Here are notes that I’m taking during our Monday Morning Staff Meeting. Just thought I’d let you in on what happens during staff…
- We’re talking about leadership principles and what we can do to be better individual leaders.
- Being a high level leader is not something that happens naturally. I have need to implement practical steps to improve as a leader.
- In our jobs we’re measured by our finished product but the lines are blurred with the job of leadership. I have to rethink the criteria I’m applying to evaluate my job as a leader.

- we need to design a mailer for “A Christmas Carol”
(Opening up a parenthesis because this came up while we were talking about planning for December. What can we do to help get our UTSA students connected? Possible Answer: FOOD ON CAMPUS! Taking pizza to the UTSA campus.)
- One sunday off at the end of the year
- sermon series called “Profiles” starts on Sunday, fun stuff coming for this series. I’m not going to give it up now because I want it to be a big surprise.

- find a storage facility closer to the palladium

- nail down the kids volunteer schedule through December and begin planning the 1st quarter rotation
