Many leaders talk about vision.  Knowing the vision, speaking the vision, casting the vision, and defending the vision.  Yet, what happens, when the vision is blurred?  When you are not sure where you are headed in life or in an organization.  What do we do then?   The answer is simple.  Keep going–no matter the circumstance.  Things become more clear the closer you are to them.  You are not required to know everything, only God knows everything, we are only required to keep moving, and the more you move with Him, the more you will see the will for your life.
